Obtaining a work permit for foreigners requires approximately one month. It is advisable to get the forms and information in the labour office of the Voivodie. The employer must deposit in the Labor Office of the District an offer of employment intended for the Polish candidates. If after three weeks, the employer dont find a Polish candidate with the desired profile, the employment of a foreign candidate then becomes possible.
