Main cities of Poland

Warszawa (Warsaw) is the capital of Poland. In Krakow there is a constant reminder of the new millennium as the city was designated a city of culture for the year 2000.

Above 60% of the population live in cities: the biggest urban and industrial area is the Upper Silesian conurbation.
